DCFC (Level 3) chargers deliver 50–350+ kW, bringing an EV to 80% charge in 20–30 minutes. SCE's DCFC program targets publicly accessible short-dwell locations — retail, convenience stores, hotels, and highway corridors.
SCE covers full utility-side infrastructure. Customer-side costs are offset by the rebate, which varies based on Disadvantaged Community (DAC) status and Fortune 1000 classification.
